Yay for the new domain right??
I've decided to play a few more online brower games to see what else is out there besides Ikariam. My fav. Urban Dead, but here are a brief description of each. This is what i've found with each game:
Dawn of Myth- Which I actually like thus far... A bit more confusing than Ikariam But i'm sure I'll get the hang of it. You have 3 races to choose from Humans, Demons, and Elves/Dwarfs. It has the same out line as most all browsers I believe... Get Resource.. and has the Possiblity to battle. The thing i like about this is the "Fantasy" theme. Overall not sure how long I'll attempt to play this one but if you're into online browser games and enjoy Fantasy gaming. This is the one for you.
Game Rating: 7 out of 10
Planetarion- Which I honestly don't think i'm going to play anymore... I'm sooo confused it's not even funny. Not the game to play if your not a gamer. Given the webpage is pretty cool looking, all and all, i have not the slightest idea of how to begin playing the game. Not even the help could help me. If your really good at figuring out games and are into the whole Sci-Fi thing, you may really enjoy this game. However, it was not for me.
Game Rating: 4 out of 10 (cause at least the layout was cool)
Travian- Which is also a bit confusing to me.. but it seems fairly easy... I'll force my boyfriend to help me with that seens how he already plays it
Basically very very similar to Ikariam, you have a town, you have reasources, the only big difference is that Travian more people are into war and going into battles, where most people on Ikariam just want to grow as a whole and get better at the game. I'll continue to play this for a while I think. I just wish it was prettier... but i guess if your a serious gammer that's not what you look for in a game.
Game Rating: 7 out of 10
And Last But Not Least
Urban Dead- I actually like it for the most part. Really easy.. The only thing that sucks is you only have so many action points and once they're gone you can only get 1 each half hour after that. And if your not in a safe house, you could be biten and turn into a zombie. Is it sad i kinda hope that happens?? Ha Ha. I'm still getting the hang of this game, but I like it, I mean what's not to like about giving some zomibies a beat-down? Right?
